Take a stunning boat ride up the lake, with your bike if you have one (bikes not provided*), to the start of the famous Dunstan Bike Trail. The Lake Dunstan Trail can be ridden in both directions so your bike transfer can either be at the start of the ride or the end of the ride.
'Stuff Travel' rates the Lake Dunstan Trail as New Zealand's most spectacular bike ride and as such has been awarded the prestigious “Great Ride” status. Cruising at 20 knots, the 45 minute - 1 hour trip takes you and your bike from Cromwell to a drop-off point at Clyde.
